You already know what you want to work on. Now let’s get underneath why it keeps showing up. This private 1:1 hypnosis session is for one specific issue or pattern you’re ready to address — confidence, relationships, anxiety, self-worth, money blocks, people-pleasing, self-sabotage, or something else that keeps getting in your way. We’ll begin with a focused conversation to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, then use hypnosis to work with the subconscious beliefs, associations, and patterns connected to what you’re experiencing. This isn’t about forcing yourself to think more positively or trying harder. It’s about getting underneath the pattern instead of continuing to fight with it at the surface. Come with the thing you’re ready to work on. We’ll start there.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that time — or no-shows — are non-refundable, and the session is considered used. For paid Clarity Calls or Hypnotherapy Sessions: If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time with 24-hour notice. Because I reserve this time specifically for you, refunds are not available once the session is booked.
