What happens during your session? 1. Where are you right now? First 10 minutes We begin with what's happening in your life or business. What feels frustrating? What do you want to change? What have you been trying that isn't working? You don't need to arrive with the answers. We'll start with what's real for you. 2. What's actually getting in your way? Next 20 minutes We'll explore the thoughts, beliefs, fears, and recurring patterns that may be contributing to the situation. This is where we begin looking beyond what you think you should do and get curious about why moving forward has felt difficult. We may identify one of your Bruels — those old beliefs and rules you've carried for so long that they feel like truth. 3. What do you want instead? Next 15 minutes We'll explore what matters to you now, what you actually want, and what may need to shift. Rather than creating an overwhelming plan to change your entire life, we'll focus on one area where clarity could make a meaningful difference. 4. Your next step Final 15 minutes Together, we'll identify one realistic action you can take after the call. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what you're working through, a direction to explore, and a practical first step. If further support would be helpful, we can also discuss whether coaching or hypnotherapy is an appropriate next step. There's no obligation to continue.
