Have you ever noticed how the same feeling keeps appearing in different situations?
Maybe it’s in relationships.Maybe it’s when you try to speak up.Maybe it’s that quiet voice in the back of your mind that says you’re not enough.
Different people.Different circumstances.
But somehow… the same emotional experience. Most people assume the problem is the situation. But more often than not, the real issue is the belief underneath it. And the truth is, many of the beliefs shaping our lives were created during moments when we were simply trying to survive. When something painful happened…When we were rejected…When we were trying to make sense of something that hurt. Our minds create meaning in those moments. And that meaning slowly becomes a belief.
Beliefs like:
“I’m not enough.”
“I have to keep everyone happy.”
“If I speak up, people will leave.”
“I’m too much.”
Those beliefs aren’t facts. They’re interpretations we created when we were trying to make sense of something. But once a belief forms, it quietly begins shaping how we see ourselves and the world around us. It influences how we show up in relationships. How we react in conflict. How much space we allow ourselves to take up. And without realizing it, we start living by stories that were written years ago.
If You Missed Last Week’s Episode
In Episode 5 of Finding Her, I introduced something I call The Method of Y.
It’s a simple but powerful process of asking yourself why until you uncover the belief underneath the feeling. Because the first answer we give ourselves is usually just the surface.
But when you keep asking why, the real story begins to reveal itself. The belief.
The meaning you created. The story that has quietly been shaping your life.
If you haven’t listened to that episode yet, I recommend starting there.

Coming Up This Week
In the next episode of Finding Her, we go deeper.
Because once you uncover the belief… the next question becomes:
Now what?
In this upcoming episode we talk about:
• why beliefs formed during survival still shape our lives• why the same patterns keep repeating• how to begin questioning the stories you’ve been living by. Because the truth is…
You are not broken.
You were adapting.
And once you see the belief underneath the pattern, you begin creating space between the story you were living by… and the woman you are becoming.
And that space?
That’s where Finding Her begins.
🎧 New episode coming out next Tuesday March 17th
A Question for You
Before you go, take a moment and ask yourself this:
What belief might be underneath the pattern that keeps showing up in my life?
Sometimes the most powerful shifts begin with a single honest question.
