Hi my name is Alyson and I am so glad you are here! I have been teaching a yoga detox workshop at my yoga studio now for over four years. It is one of my favorite classes to teach. A specific yoga sequence can support the natural detoxification process by increasing circulation, compressing and twisting internal organs, and encouraging relaxation. In turn rich blood and nutrients are delivered to the organs to be soaked up. Though your body has a self-cleaning process, it's overloaded right now. What you need is a detox. "Sherri Lierenz: They say a picture is worth a thousand words. The pic on the far left is my bloated belly the night before I started the Spring Detox - Cleanse. I took 2 pictures this morning. The one on the far right is my belly if I tighten my muscles just slightly. I went into this program having lost 10 lbs on Nutrisystem since January 2017. What I discovered in my time on this packaged meal plan is it was higher in sodium and it was pushing my blood pressure numbers sky high!
